What are the steps to obtain a marriage visa for my Iranian girlfriend in Thailand after we marry?

I’m a South African been living in Thailand last ten years. Legal work permit holder.

I’m wanting to marry my Iranian girlfriend to allow her to then get the marriage visa to stay in Thailand ( she’s had a few ED visas and struggling to get work permit visa due to her nationality - it’s made EVERYTHING harder for her as you can imagine) 

I’m in talks on the South African side to get the necessary paper work sent over here.

What I need clarification on is what are the steps on this side once I have the necessary documents. Is there an agent that can help me or anyone here been through the same.

I live in Chiang Mai northern Thailand.

Boet get married get everything translated into Thai and endorsed, if you are on a work permit your Mrs needs a dependant visa/extension of stay on the back of your work permit

You company or school should help you with the paperwork..

As you're not Thai your girlfriend won't be getting a marriage visa once your married. But at that point she will be able to apply for a Non-O visa as your dependant, it will require the support of the company you work for
