Hi. We (Australians) are moving from Manila to Thailand next month. Husbands work are organising visas but we went to Thai embassy in Manila to double check all the info. Husband will get a non imm b and myself and 2 kids will get non imm o ( according to the embassy) I just want to check that the kids can attend school on a non o visa. Or do they actually need an ED visa? Have googled constantly but every website has a different answer. Anyone in the same boat?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has confirmed that their children can attend school in Thailand on a Non-O visa, as indicated by responses from other community members. Additionally, it was noted that while schools typically arrange education visas for children if parents lack valid permission to stay, this isn't necessary in their case since the husband's work visa suffices.
