Hi all, I could apply for a retirement Visa (all requirements are met), but what about the Partner, if she is not over 50?

Is there something like spouse/sponsorship Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about visa options for their partner in Thailand, as they qualify for a retirement visa but their partner is under 50 years old. Comments suggest that if they are married, the partner can apply for a Non-O visa based on the marriage. An authenticated marriage certificate is required for this. If they are not married, the options are limited, with suggestions including a Multi-Entry Tourist Visa (METV) that allows for multiple stays, or pursuing an education visa by enrolling in a school.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.

If you are married then she will get a non-O based on marriage.

Authenticated copy of the marriage cert is required.

If you are not legally married then there is no long-term option for her.

Regular flights out and in (no limit like land crossings), 4 SETV's per year or METV.

They could get a 6 month METV <- multi-entry tourist visa from a thai consulate in their country before they come here. That'd give them almost 9 months of stay (in 60 day increments).

They could enroll in a school and learn something here on an Education visa..

Sorry I deleted my wrong comments :/ If you are not married and your partner is not over 50 there are few if any long term options for them to stay here with you.
