Can my partner on a tourist visa obtain a non-o dependent visa if I am on a non-o retirement visa?
I'm here on a non-o retirement visa and my long term partner, who is under the age of 50 and we are not legally married, is here with me on a tourist visa.
Can I get her a non-o dependent visa and be financially responsible for her? If yes, what are the requirements? Thank you
