If my husband (non Thai) is holding a non B visa and work permit in Thailand. What type of visa can my baby 2yo and I (non Thai) apply in order to continue stay in Thailand after expiration of the 30d extension visa.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your husband holds a Non-B visa and work permit in Thailand, as a spouse, you can apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on your marriage. For your 2-year-old child, while a visa is technically required, it is suggested that you let the child remain undocumented for a while, as there are no overstay fines for children under 15. It's important for your husband to coordinate with his employer and consult the immigration office for the necessary documentation and further guidance.

Thanks for information and guidance!

your husband needs to be talking to his employer so you can apply for a 90 day non-O visa based on being married to a foreigner who legally works here.

As far as the child I'd say while technically they need a visa, seeing as there are no overstay fines for children under 15 and no banning for children under 18, just let them overstay

BUT the place you need to start asking your questions is the immigration office where your husband got his visa extension AND the employer because they have to provide documentation for you to apply for the 90 day Non-O visa
