I am due to have our baby any week now. My partner is Thai but we are not married yet. Our baby will have dual citizenship (thai/american). I do not have the money in my thai account for a non o visa yet. I am currently working and have a non b visa. If I choose to cancel my visa and go home for the summer do you think I'd have an issue coming back to Thailand on a tourist visa with the baby?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is due to have a baby in Thailand and is concerned about the implications of canceling their Non-B visa before traveling home for the summer. They inquire about potential issues re-entering Thailand on a tourist visa with their Thai-American baby. Several commenters reassure the user that, after canceling their Non-B visa, they will not face any issues re-entering Thailand with their baby, suggesting options such as a visa exemption stamp or a 60-day tourist visa.
