TLDR : Answer Summary
For a 6-week visit to Thailand in February, a UK passport holder can enter without a visa under the 60-day visa exemption, receiving a free stamp on arrival. It is recommended to check your country's Thai embassy website for official information and to apply online by filling out the TDAC form.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

Kevin he will arrive on a 60 day visa exemption, no visa at all. He will also need to fill in the arrival card the TDAC which you mentioned, this only tells immigration you have arrived it is not a visa

read what he says he is coming for 6 weeks , what else does he need if he is visiting ??

@Kevin *******
yes i have read it so he needs nothing to enter thailand because he will be given a 60 day entrance stamp so he can stay in thailand for 60 days visa free since he has a uk passport. He will also need to fill an arrival card in like everyone else which can only be completed within the last 3 days before arriving

your replies would suggest not thats why I tried to make it clear in my answer that he would enter visa exempt and get 60 days which is more than his 6 weeks so no visa required!!! If you have visited often then why have you questioned my answer? I am confused with your response

If you're a UK passport holder, you can enter with a 60-day visa exemption and receive a free stamp on arrival.
