Hello everyone,

My husband applied and got his DTV visa in Hong Kong last month and we have moved to Thailand, and are in Bangkok currently. He entered with his DTV while I entered on visa exemption 60 days and now getting ready to apply for my spousal DTV. 

Does anyone know if I have to go back to Hong Kong to apply or can I go to a Thai embassy in any neighbouring country?

A few recent posts discuss the spouse dependant visa, scroll through. Go to any nearby country and apply, choose one with short processing time as you should wait in that country till approval. Taipei is virtually same day now, but will change to e-visa in the new year
