Hi there, I would like to apply for a 60 day visa flying out of the UK, how do I go about doing that?

If you don't have one open a UK bank account that has no ATM fees abroad (maybe Chase or Starling). You'll just pay a flat 220b fee charged by the Thai bank then.

 I think there were about 3. One was asking who invited you. Can't remember off the top of my head, but it'll be pretty obvious. I've had a few application approvals now and all within a week.
