I’m in Cambodia near the Thai embassy and flying into Thailand in a few days. Is there any advantage to going to the Embassy for avisa or should I just come visa exempt?

Effective Oct 8th that consulate went to eVisa online system <- meaning you can't go to the embassy to get a visa

AND

if you're from one of the 90 + countries that can show up here and get stamped in 60 days free stamp (visa exempt) there's not much sense in applying for a tourist visa from the embassy there seeing as that's 60 days entry too

just come in free stamp entry (visa exempt) for 60 days
