Happy Holidays to everyone. I plan to visit Thailand in March, and also go to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, with Thailand as my base each time. The duration of my trip in total will be 2-3 months. What kind of visa do I need to get before arriving in Thailand? By the way, I'm Greek, EU passport and citizenship

TLDR : Answer Summary
As a Greek citizen visiting Thailand for 2-3 months, you won't need a visa if you plan to enter and exit the country periodically. You can receive a 30-day entry stamp each time you arrive without a visa. However, be aware that if you enter Thailand through a land border, you can only do so twice per calendar year under the visa exemption rule. It's advisable to have proof of onward travel, such as a flight booking to your next destination outside Thailand, to avoid any issues with airlines.

You'll be fine. That's a pretty typical plan tourists do. Just remember as was mentioned, you can only enter at a land border crossing twice a year, but if you plan your route correctly that shouldn't be any problem.

As Brandon mentioned, no need for Thai visa. Will need one for the other countries though. Suggest if coming visa exempt though to book a flight to your first destination outside of Thailand so that you can show your airline an outward bound flight if they ask. Some airlines will decline you from boarding if you don't have proof of onward travel within 30 days if you have no visa.

Just remember that if you enter Thailand by land border you are limited to two Visa Exempt (30 dat entry stamps) per calendar year

You shouldn't need any visa for Thailand. Each time you enter Thailand without a visa (called visa exempt) you'll receive a 30 day entry stamp. If you're coming and going more often than 30 days then you'll never need to do anything. If you're in Thailand more than 30 consecutive days then you'll need to apply for a 30 day extension from your local immigration office in Thailand.
