TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking advice on what visa options are available after the expiration of their one-year marriage visa, given that their spouse is uncooperative in providing necessary documentation for a new visa. One suggestion from the community is to obtain a year-long, multi-entry NON-O visa based on marriage if they possess the marriage certificate and other supporting documents, emphasizing that even in the case of divorce, the visa remains valid.

IF you have the marriage certificate, copies of her i/d card and her house book listing you could hustle on over to the thai consulate in Savannakhet Lao and get a new year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage. Even if she divorced you after you got the visa it'd still be good and couldn't be canceled. You would have to leave the counry every 90 days but you could stay here 15 months on that visa.

Inside the country you can't do anything without her and her house book listing.

Yes, the wife has to sign copies of her house book, ID card and marriage cert.

I’ve gotten two Non-O visas in Savanakhet and was under the impression that my wife had to sign on all the copies that mentioned her.

. OK understand. Does he have to register his residence? Where he’s living inThailand???

@Da***
, ummm he would be getting a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from the thai consulate in Savannakhet Lao.

That visa doesn't require any visit by the immigration office to your house because it's a VISA not a yearly extension.

The immigration office wouldn't even know he had that visa.

Until (the unlikely) event of a house visit!
