Hi all!

I hold Non B visa with work permit for one year now. Its will be expire on June.

Because there is no work this year, it is no way to continue to apply for work visas again. Is it possible to change to another visa and stay in Thailand.

(My wife and child are Thai citizen, The problem is my marriage certificate registered abroad. But the embassy did not legalize my marriage certificate because it was not issued by Thailand.but I'm worry if leave Thailand right now, when I back will need a lot medical certificate to proof covid-19.

Can I reunite with my child as a reason to extention my visa?)

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user holds a Non-B visa with a work permit that is expiring soon and is exploring options to switch to another type of visa due to a lack of work. He is also concerned about the status of his marriage certificate registered abroad, which has not been legalized in Thailand, and wants to know if he can use his family ties (being married to a Thai citizen and having a Thai child) as a basis for extending his visa. There are inquiries about the details of his marriage and suggestions of seeking assistance from agents for visa issues.
