TLDR : Answer Summary
To register your residence in another province in Thailand while holding an O Type Resident Visa, you need to inform your local immigration office of your move. It is essential to have a copy of your rental contract or property ownership details, particularly if you are renting. If your spouse owns the property, your registration process may be simpler, as you can inform the new immigration office once you have relocated.

My wife is the owner, so I need to do nothing till I move and then inform my new immigration office.

When you move, your wife files the TM30 form within 24 hours after arrival.

Bring a copy of your rental contract with all the owners information or have the owner do it for you

Do what? File a TM30?
Robert *******
Thailand Immigration is only interested in the address where you stay

I have no idea what a o type resident visa is, but as long as you understand how it works it will be okay
