TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers on various soft-power activities chosen by expats in Thailand to obtain visas, such as a Thai farming course costing 4000 baht and a Thai cuisine course that faced requirements of at least 3 months. Other mentioned activities include dental treatments. Participants noted variability depending on the embassy, with one attendee successfully using a seminar route through the German embassy for a renewal.

It’s irrelevant, because it depends on the Embassy you apply at and the officer processing your application.

2 weeks of Thai cuisine course worked for some people. My husband tried and the embassy (in Singapore) told him that it must be at least 3 months 😵

I am trying with an Invisalign treatment now. Fingers crossed 🤞
