Has anyone applied through 'Thai Soft Power Activities,' such as Muay Thai courses, Thai cooking courses, Thai language courses, etc.?

I would like to know if there is a minimum length for the courses, minimum academic performance requirements, etc.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the application for visas through Thai Soft Power Activities like Muay Thai, cooking, and language courses. Some users mentioned that there seems to be no strict minimum length for courses, particularly for Muay Thai, where attendance can be flexible. However, there are indications that visa authorities may check attendance and compliance with course participation.

For the ED visa, Imm did visit schools and gave students tests to see they actually attended. Some where deported. Remains to be seen how they will monitor these DTV.

Thai language classes don't qualify. I payed for 20 Muay Thai classes. So I can just to the classes whenever I want. Could complete in 20 days or I could go once a week. I don't think embassy cares about how long you are taking classes but I never asked.

They stopped giving DTV docs because they're registering a new name. Not sure of the details, though.
