What are the eligibility criteria for the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) regarding Thai Soft Power Activities?
Hello to everyone. Does someone have any experiences or knowledge about the DTV (destination Thailand Visa) relating to the version of this visa which includes Thai Soft Power Activities ? Is learning Thai language in this category?
Thank you for your help and support. 🙏😊🙏

Answer summary
The conversation revolves around the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) and its eligibility regarding Thai Soft Power Activities. It was clarified that learning Thai language does not qualify under this visa's soft power options, based on information from a Thai lawyer and the Thai Embassy. Other mentioned activities that could qualify include Muay Thai, Thai cuisine, and educational seminars.

I received an email back from Thai Embassy, Canberra, and they stated that a “Thai Language Course” cannot be used for DTV
