What should UK applicants select when their nationality is British but it's not listed exactly in the visa application options?

To all the UK applicants. The passport nationality is British and there is no British option for this on the drop down box on the website. It is United Kingdom and British overseas territories and therefore does not strictly correspond with the passport. What are other applicants experiences with this and what did you put on the application? Those who got approval does it say British or United Kingdom and British overseas territories on the final approved visa?

Have a great day!

TLDR : Answer Summary
UK applicants are facing confusion regarding the nationality drop-down options on Thai visa applications, as 'British' is not listed. Instead, options include 'United Kingdom' and 'British overseas territories.' Experiences shared indicate that approved visas usually state 'United Kingdom,' which reflects the official title of the country including Northern Ireland. Some applicants are concerned about district address listing discrepancies, especially those residing in areas like Jersey, Channel Islands.

Your passport will say you are a British citizen on the data page but the passport itself is for "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland"

I have a similar issue with the address. I live in Jersey, Channel Islands and there is no option to choose from the region drop down menu.
