Anyone applied from Manila? They're asking me to bring my laptop. What will they want to see?
Answer summary
A user asks about the requirement to bring a laptop when applying for a visa in Manila. Responses vary, with some suggesting the need to show proof of remote work or access to banking, while others indicate that laptops may not be directly examined. Real experiences suggest it's more about discussing the applicant's business reasons for moving to Thailand rather than scrutinizing personal files.

I applied in Manila. They asked me to bring my phone to show banking. I took my laptop along as well. The lovely CO noted thanked me for bringing them but never asked to see anything on them. She mainly asked me about my business and why I wanted to be in Thailand. A very quick and simple interview.
Good luck! Just have everything ready to look at or answer.
