I have looked under the questions but i cant seem to find the right answer to my question.

My daughter's father is under the amnesty until July 31st. He is planning to get into a ED visa with a Thai language course.

He is obviously worried that Thailand won't allow him to get back in with an ED visa. So he isnt sure what to do.

Any recommendations?

Summary so far

The user is seeking advice on whether their partner, who is currently under an amnesty expiring on July 31st, can successfully transition to an ED visa for a Thai language course, expressing concerns about potential entry issues.
