I have looked under the questions but i cant seem to find the right answer to my question. 

My daughter's father is under the amnesty until July 31st. He is planning to get into a ED visa with a Thai language course. 

He is obviously worried that Thailand won't allow him to get back in with an ED visa. So he isnt sure what to do. 

Any recommendations?

And why wouldn't the Thai government let him return on an ED visa?

our daughter is British and she is under my Non-B Visa.

He had read about only Non b work permit holders and diplomats. Havent read anything about ED visa holders
