Hi there all. This visa amnesty, does it apply to Ed visas? I have to extend for another year at the beginning of May. According to what I’ve read, I don’t need to go and extend now until July. Is this correct?

You are not correct, IF you are on a long term extension (like extending an ED visa a year at a time due to study) GO and get your extension like normal.

DO not fool with the hare-brained amnesty program IF you can avoid it.
