Need some advice on the Visa Amnesty extension. My husband used to work in Thailand but has moved to another location but his work permit was not cancelled till we cancelled it in April before it expired .He was able to enter Thailand with this work permit in March and is here since then. With the amnesty extension till 26th of September, will he have to file for a 90 day permit and if so can this be done online ?
He is waiting for a flight to go back to his work location but as of now there are no flights and we are hoping that he will get one by the first week of September.
Would appreciate your help with this.

He is waiting for a flight back to his work location, but his work stopped and his Work Permit and Extension of Stay are cancelled on 15 April 2020, He has no work or work location to go to Where is your husband, inside or outside Thailand?
As he does not have a valid stay to be inside Thailand he not has to make a 90 day report. He has to beware that this amnesty ends on 26 September and he has to depart or find another solution to stay inside Thailand,
he is in Thailand now and waiting for a flight to go back to his location . We did visit Changwattana on 24th of April and the immigration officials mentioned that We don’t have to get a stamp for extension since the amnesty was on . The doubt now is should we get a 90 day reporting done ?
