Entering Thailand from Australia - travelling to udon Thani 

Who is the best insurer that will cover for the COVID-19? 

Also, booking flights- it is showing that stop over is in Singapore then to Bangkok from there, do I need to provide anything at Singapore to get on the next flight without any dramas? 

The ASQ- do I book that to be in Bangkok or can it be in udon Thani? 

Will also have the vaccine before leaving Australia so this should decrease the quarantine period is that correct?
