Sharing information regarding Non-Immigration OA visa. I have OA visa extension on 20th Oct 2019 just before the deadline ends 31st Oct 2019. Just returned from overseas an hour ago going thru immigration without any problem or questions asked about the Health Insurance. They just stamped the passport & clear me thru. Hope this has bn helpful.

Thanks for the update 👍🏻. I need to travel home ( UK ) twice this year before my extension runs out 4th Oct .

All seems good , not many examples of any issues
