How can I obtain an e-vaccine certificate in Thailand if my registration fails?

I tried 30 times and time 31 it worked, keep trying,

I had the same. They had entered my phone number incorrectly in the computer. Got the Thai partner to stop at the Udon University where we got vaccinated. As soon as my phone number was corrected it worked as expected (they message you a OTP to that number) and bingo Mor Prom works.

Ps. Tried changing at Udon hospital but they said it had to be done where we got shots.

They have an office at the Udon Hospital second floor near Amazon coffee. Might be worth a try.

The message is saying your number is not recognised and to contact the place where you received the vaccine. Have you done this?
