When i did ASQ didnt need any app, when i did sandbox we were required to have the morchana app and had to register every morning at hotel. I am not sure what is required now havent seen anything on tbe info graphics for the new test and go. Hopefully they will have a system where they just scan your QR code which you are issued.

Singapore has one app that does it all, scan into building, vaccination record, testing record, next appointment for testing. With a choice of 6 different languages.

Thailands got about five different apps to do about half those things

You'll need a Thai number, and I believe you also need to be in Thailand for the system to be used.

You can try; it's easy to set up. All what it does it does is it scans a QR code when you check in and check out of businesses. You can use the "QR reader" function on your phone as well.
