Thanks to the support from this group, I was able to submit my DTV application myself. Thank You all.
I applied for a DTV visa at the embassy today. The front officer said my application was okay, but my wife didn’t get a DTV visa. Instead, they issued her a Non-O visa.
I raised a complaint and requested that both of us be granted DTV visas. The officer mentioned that the consulate would decide within two working days whether to approve my wife’s DTV visa or confirm the Non-O visa.
If they only issue her a Non-O visa, what should I do next? It’s okay?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user sought advice after submitting a DTV visa application for themselves and a DTV visa application for their wife, who instead received a Non-O visa. After facing this situation, they inquired about the next steps if the Non-O visa was issued without clear reasons for the denial of the DTV visa.
Bizarre. So many questions. Where was this? So she applied for a 5 year multi entry visa and they randomly gave her a 3 month single entry visa with no explanation? Hope they didn't charge her the DTV price for the non-o. Did they tell her what kind of non-o? Why are you asking us if the non-o is ok? Are you OK with the non-o? It depends if it meets your wife's requirements.
