What should I do if my wife's tourist e-visa for Thailand has not been approved after 25 days?
Hi i have applied for my wife’s tourist e-visa for thailand it’s been more then 25 days its still not approved yet. Does anyone know i can contact a certain department to escalate this the embassy have been useless. We are supposed to fly this week on Friday to Malaysia first and then Thailand.
Summary so far
The user is experiencing delays in the approval of their wife's tourist e-visa for Thailand, which has been pending for over 25 days. They seek advice on how to escalate the issue as their travel plans are imminent. Commenters suggest providing more details such as passport country and location for targeted assistance, and recommend contacting the embassy via Facebook Messenger for potentially better responsiveness.

When you write posts asking questions it would be helpful to know your location and passport country. If you don’t tell that information and you use an anonymous profile help is limited. That said, if you applied online like I have there is a tracking area on the application website that may give you some information.

What passport does your wife hold and which embassy?
You could try contacting the embassy on Facebook Messenger, they're often more responsive to that.
