The DTV visa is linked to your current passport number. If you apply and receive the visa on your current passport but then get a new passport, you have two options: 1) Carry both the old and new passports together since the DTV visa is printed with the old passport number; 2) Visit immigration to have your old passport details transferred to your new passport, allowing you to use just the new passport with the visa printout.
