What should I do if there is no TM6 number field in my online 90-day report application for Thailand?

I tried to do online 90 day report, but there is no field for the TM6 number. I got rejected once, and I believe because it doesn't have TM6 number because my dateline is 4 January 2022. Does it suppose to appear on the online Form below? Is there anything I missed? TIA

2 days ago, I use app and send it. I also get reject mail. So, today I went to office and get it now. I ask officer that what i was wrong with app and what is problem. Officer say to me that officer dont know and can not check it also. ^^. I suggest you go and do it.

I got an email from them said the application is rejected. I login to the app again and check the status there. It says rejected. I wonder if anyone else have ever used this new online system?

ive been rejected and re-apply again and got approved.. the "Arrival thailand date" means TM.6 details i think . try re -apply it again .

"Arrival Thailand Date" has to be the date on your latest 'entry' stamp. No TM6 information is required.
