Need help with TM30 (I'm applying for my education visa). My landlord submitted the TM30 application online app but we didn't get a "receipt of notification". Will this screenshot be enough to bring to immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, a screenshot of the TM30 application is sufficient to present to immigration for your education visa application. Many users have confirmed that printing out the screenshot, which should include a reference number, will suffice. Additionally, ensuring that your landlord can retrieve and show the data confirming your registration may help strengthen your application.

Yes that is OK. I went this week to immigration with a friend for his Visa and its totally accepted. Your address is on and they can look it up in their system when they want.

Yes, thats sufficient

Did he save the information? After that have him do a search on the first date of residence and then screenshot the results of that screen. It will show your name and other info. That is what you show immigration.

The new online 90-day report system is working now it seems as well, just got my report approved online.

Yes, print it out. There should be a reference number. I have used it before.

There's no reference number here. It's just my passport # and my Departure card #. Somebody else on this group mentioned, it should look something like this? (I think this is from the desktop site)

Is the number at the top the number you're talking about?

@Garry *****
yes correct. If you have already done the very first time at the immigration center, then the subsequent 90 days notification can be done via online which do not require the TM30.

you mean I don't have to go to the immigration centre and I can just checkin online?

@Garry *****
if you have already done the first time 90 days notification physically at immigration, then you can file the subsequent 90 days notification online and it must show approved via email which will tell you when is your next 90 days notification due. Any late submission will have penalty. Not checking online but must file online and on time.

if your landlord has lodged it within 24 hours after you reached Bangkok. If submitted late, there will be a penalty to the landlord. If landlord didn’t pay for the penalty, then you will have to pay it. There should be a reference number on top if the landlord has lodged it via the apps.
