I submitted a freelance DTV visa, with my bank statements in French, they sent me an email saying they need my bank statements in English, I checked with my bank but they told me they don't do bank statements in English. Please do you know what I can do?

Translate and send it in , they'll advice the next step if it's no sufficient, a cover letter with all your dtv docs helps so you can tell the whole picture rather than them guessing everything and dragging process out longer.

nan je demande à partir du Laos, j'ai essayé de poser des questions lors du paiement (c'est payment en personne au Laos) mais ils ne voulaient rien savoir. Sympas le pseudo soso def Jermaine dupri est dans la maison

You have to get them translated and I believe they have to notarized or from some recognized translation company. Something like that. Cant just be a Google/AI translation
