Do I need to submit bank statements for all my accounts when applying for the DTV visa at the embassy?

Hello everyone.

I’m preparing to submit my documents at the Ho Chi Minh Embassy for the DTV visa under Workcation and wanted to check something about bank statements.

I have multiple bank accounts:

1. WISE account: where I receive overseas payments for my company invoices

2. Bank 1: where I receive the funds transferred out from WISE

3. Bank 2: where I receive the funds from Bank 1 and accumulate the minimum 500,000+ THB required balance

My question is:

Do I need to submit statements for all three accounts or is it enough to show only the account (Bank 2) that currently holds the required 500,000+ THB?

I don’t want to over-submit and confuse them, but I also don’t want to miss anything important.

For those who have been approved, did you submit all linked accounts or just the one showing the funds?

Appreciate any advice or experiences you can share!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing to submit documents for the DTV visa under Workcation at the Ho Chi Minh Embassy and is uncertain whether to submit bank statements from all three of their accounts or just the one with the required balance of 500,000+ THB. The community responses suggest that while the main focus should be on the account holding the 500k THB, including additional statements showing income may be beneficial for clarity. Some suggest only submitting the account with the required funds alongside evidence of income, while others recommend including more documentation to avoid confusion.

The 500k is the most important, non negotiable. For workation some consulates do also want to see income coming in, corresponding with invoices. I'd probably send 1 (with amounts corresponding to invoices highlighted) plus 3 with the 500k. I don't think 2 is important and might only confuse. In my case (London), I had both the invoices and the 500k in one Wise account, so that's what I gave them, with the invoices and the payments coming in highlighted.

I think numbwer 3 is enough, I never gave them more than one statement and they did not ask any questions.

If they are not happy with only number 3, they will give you a chance and ask what extra they need.

If 1 account has all of the required amount for the required time, it should be enough to show that.

Keep it simple, so the Embassy staff easy can understand the documents

I submitted all 3 for my application but different embassy. I guess you could just do 1 and 3. Important to show work payments received along with the 500k.
