What should I do if my application for a NON-OA eVisa shows as pending and I have not received a confirmation email?
Well.. I think I broke the Evisa site yesterday.. uk… I was applying for 2 non-oa visas … pressed the submit button, paid the fee … and then an error occurred. Since then I’ve tried logging on but my dashboard just says error and that they are trying to fix. The payment is showing as pending.
Anyone else had anything similar? Should I have received an email confirming my applications had been submitted?
Thanks

Summary so far
The user experienced issues with submitting the application for two NON-OA visas on the eVisa site, resulting in an error after payment. They are questioning whether others have faced similar problems and if they should have received a confirmation email upon submission.
