If I remember correctly, you have a seven day grace period for the 90 day reporting, where you pay no fine. After that, the fine is àžż2000 and that is regardless of how long you have failed to report.
In most cases, you need to do your first 90 day reporting in person (no cost if before or within the grace period) and subsequent reporting can be done online.

why doesnât that make sense? When youâre on the âretirement visa extensionâ youâre allowed to stay 365 days and still need to do 90 day reporting. It is a method for the immigration to know where the foreign base lives at any time.
During the pandemic, this was used several time to alert foreigners that they had been in a location where COVID had been known to transmit between people.
I assume the also want to know where we are in case there is any number of other incidences (such as complaints about our behavior, etc.)

Unless you need to visit immigration for some reason donât worry about it this time. When you go do a border run itâll reset. If you go to immigration youâll be fined 2k.

the airport immigration arenât concerned with 90day reports. They donât check for it, and once youâve re-entered itâs reset, itâs not an issue. That being said, I do do my 90 day reports, just to save any potential issues.Reply to

Suggest you to simply just leave Thailand before the 6 month stay finish and then return. Then do the next 90 days report counting from the day you will arrive in Thailand again.

You have to report normaly every 90days at immigration office. If you've overstayed, you're looking at a fine of 500thb per day, up to a maximum of 20,000 thb. Go to an immigration office ASAP, explain your situation, and consider getting legal advice to handle this. đ
