Hi everyone,

Earlier this week I submitted my application online through www.thaievisa.go.th from Australia. The application was submitted okay but it will not accept any payment, I have tried multiple cards over the last few days. Has anyone had this issue or have advice? Is there someone I can contact?

Answer summary

A user is experiencing difficulties making payments for their visa application on the Thai eVisa website. They inquired if others had similar issues and sought advice on who to contact for help. Another user shared their experience of encountering a payment glitch on the same website, mentioning that despite not receiving immediate payment confirmation, their funds were eventually processed and the application was accepted.

I submitted my DTC via the same website on Monday and had a glitch in the payment system when trying to pay as well. The website did not show payment confirmation or submission success following completion. Very frustrating! I then notice the funds had been take from the bank account and when checking the application within the website noticed payment had been received and the application was in process. Very clunky and stressful. Good luck and keep trying!
