After successful completion of the arrival card online application I was offered an e-sim for $4.00. Anyone know anything about this?

I just used an e-sim for the first time in Singapore and Cambodia worked great I’ll use one every time

OPI went back and had a look. I think you’re right. I think I used a secondary provider called JSSVISA that linked to the TDAC sight. Nothing weird except the e-sim offer at the end which I didn’t do and now I’m happy I didn’t.

the government only allows TDAC to be submitted within 3 days or less before arrival. You are definitely on the way a scam website.John ************
OPWell the TDAC process looked official and was free and it said I would receive an email within72 hours of departure but then the the E-sim offer appeared which I thought was a little odd and unexpected. Are you suggesting I repeat the process to be sure?

OPThe confirmation was immediate but I’m not travelling until Jan 16th and it said I would receive my TDAC 72 hours prior to my departure.

Sounds like you did one of the non-official websites that offers the TDAC for free but also tries to upsell you. This is the official government site
