TLDR : Answer Summary
The TDAC form can be filled out within 72 hours before your arrival in Thailand. If you're flying in 2 days, you're within the acceptable timeframe. You can complete the form at kiosks before immigration at the airport or during your time in the immigration queue. Don't worry if you're unsure; others have successfully filled it out at the airport.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

Within 3 days of arrival. Not more than 3 days before arrival.

You can do it in the airport when you arrive or in the immigration queue.

you can do up to 3days before arrival - no problem

TDAC can be filled from 72 hours before you arrive, until you pass the machines in the Thailand airports that let you do it there.

DTAC is a mobile phone service operator.

You fill it out here at the official source

Bad idea, may have to wait up to an hour without TDAC,

Og go thru in 10 minutes with printed QR

You can even be stopped from flying if you don’t have it at check in.

And the Thai rules say you have to do it before you travel.

@Henrik ****
it can be done ON the day of your arrival. It has to be done within 3 days of arrival, not 3 days before.

@Hen***
why on earth would they stop you from flying in when they have the facilities at the airport to do so as you land? Not a lot of sense in any of your comments, are you new to Thai? You could stop reading AI prompted answers to your reseach and focus more on understanding and experiencing what actually goes on 🤷‍♂️
Henrik *****
Because if you get denied at Immigration, the airline are responsible for removing you from Thailand, and they may not have free seats on their flights out, and then they have to pay a hefty fine.

That’s why some Airlines will deny you to check-in if you can’t show TDAC at check-in.

It’s the group administration and Facebook, who assigns that.

That is my real life experience from entry last week.

And from visiting 10+ airline booking websites/ apps, in the week before.

we are talking about the TDAC. you can do it within 3 days of arrival. you can even do it inside the airport in thailand. filling it out barely takes 5 mins. you get the approval mail within seconds. no you dont need a printout. the officer usually does not even want to see it as its in the system and linked with your biodata anyway… no you dont get denied if you not have it. airport has a separate queue for people without it. they additionally have TDAC terminals.

how hard can it be to fill out the TDAC before you go? 🤣
Henrik *****
I talk about my experiences entering Thailand with / without TDAC last week.

So no need to repete to me, how it is done. Adress that to the OP.

I, with a printed QR code and passport in hand, was waved through Immigration in 10 minutes, where as the person sitting next to on the plane, ended up i 3 long queues, ending taking an hour, because didn’t do TDAC before arriving in Thailand.
