Air carrier would ask for it to see it.. and if you don't have it, they will put you aside until you complete it on your phone 😃 ...at least that's what I've seen before. But honestly, it's just a formality.. when going to Laos and back via land border nobody had it there, and they had a dedicated staff that were doing it for the people for 20 baht just before getting stampped in.. so all just formality.

I forgot to do my tdac once and it’s not a problem. You can do it in the airport when you arrive. There was a separate line for it

Ignore departure date if not confirmed/fixed - scroll up a bit and the most important part to complete is the arrival date just above that part, maybe you mean 19th Jan for your arrival date? You can leave departure date blank…

Worst case there are kiosks at the airport to do it when you arrive. It’s not convenient but it’s possible so please don’t worry about it too much if it keeps glitching🫶

The departure isn't mandatory just leave it blank only do the arrive side and your all set
