What should I do if I received a 60-day tourist visa instead of a 90-day visa for Thailand?

Hi, ive applied and paid for a tourist visa from the Thai embassy, i explained i was going for 90 days on the 29th Dec 23, they sent me a 60 day visa that has to be used by the 3rd Dec... ? Ive emailed them twice but they dont reply, any suggestions?

A tourist visa is only ever for 60 days. You have to apply for the other 30 in Thailand

[mention redacted] that was an oversight on your part, and unless I'm wrong there's nothing that can be done.. As people pointed out, Single entry Tourist visas are valid for 3 months from the date they're issued <- meaning you have to enter on or by that date to get stamped in for 60 days 🙁
