I am currently on a Non B based on employment
My extension of stay is due August 18th
Our company is 7 million baht and has 3 work permits , in normal circumstances we had 29 thai employees but due to covid we now only have a handful , most are currently claiming either the 5 k per month (as they were not paying social) or are claiming via the government scheme,
My colleagues application for extension is already in , so if the 4 to 1 ratio is still in force that means i do not have enough employees to meet the requirements?
I vaguely recall something about the ratio being reduced but i may be wrong? is there a solution?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is seeking guidance on extending their Non-B visa based on employment, mentioning that their company has significantly fewer Thai employees due to COVID-19. They are concerned about not meeting the required employee ratio for the extension as their colleagues have already applied. The comments suggest consulting legal and immigration experts, as there have been no official announcements regarding a reduction in the employee ratio requirements.
