I have a question for foreigners who are on Non-B visa with own business. A new law just came out, we can either:
1. Temporary stop operation and pay 75% of our staff salaries and reduced social security tax.
Or
2. Temporary Close business - let go our employees and not pay social security anymore. They will get 70% of their official salary monthly from social security.
My question is what happens with my 1 year non-B visa that I just got till March 2021 If I temporary close my company till the situation clears up.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The author seeks clarity on the implications for their one-year Non-B visa if they choose to temporarily close their business due to recent laws allowing this under current circumstances. There is uncertainty among the commentators about the new law's detailed provisions and their potential effects on visas, with suggestions to contact the Immigration Office for accurate information.
I live here 21 years. My company has zero income right now. Obviously I can’t pay them. But if they cancel my visa and kick me out , I don’t have a choice but pay them 75% out of my own pocket just to keep my visa
It’s all in Thai. I can read thai but it would be too much to translate word by word. But I said in my post that we basically have 2 options. But what I don’t understand is what happens with our visas if we temporary close our companies and not pay them salaries
