Anyone have any recent news from the London embassy?

I applied on the 1st December and have not received any update regarding my DTV application. The status is still showing as pending document approval.

I have emailed the embassy, called the embassy over multiple days. No response.

Any help is appreciated.

Anonymous participant I called the main switch board and then did the whole option 1 for English and 0 for operator. It was at about 9:00am - I think the key is to call just as they open. I hope you get some progress soon!
