No, mine is from Taipei but i know several DTVERS approved from there. It is a popular location to get your DTV.

I’m flying there tomorrow πŸ™πŸ€ž just a bit different because they do interviews in Laos on 100% of the applications

With Taipei too, i had an interview. They are very similar questions basically about your application. With Laos you need to open your bank app show your balance,, soon after you will be approved. You can find posts about the interview in Laos.
