Yes. Print it and keep a copy with your passport, they will ask for it when you enter Immagration at the airport.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

Yes — print the visa approval/e-Visa document and bring it with you when you travel. 🥳✈️

At arrival, show it to the Immigration Officer (IO) if they ask for it. I’d also keep the PDF on your phone as a backup.

Bring these with you:

* 🛂 Passport

* 📄 Printed visa/e-Visa approval

* ✈️ Return/onward flight ticket

* 🏦 Recent bank statement/proof of funds

* 🏨 Accommodation/address in Thailand

* 📱 A copy of the visa approval saved offline on your phone

One important point: visa approval does not guarantee entry. The IO makes the final decision at the border, so having your supporting documents ready is smart.

12 working days passed and I am applying for soft power dtv from Manila. If it gets rejected I will try again when I return to England in October. If you're not sure of your flight dates just book flights that are 100% refundable, after visa approved cancel the flights. Money back in credit card account before the bill arrives. Then later book the dates you want....it's not rocket science 😁

Mine took two days. They emailed me asking for confirmation of my booked flight. I replied asking if I could book my flight after I receive my visa and they just sent the visa, no more questions asked.

London approved my DTV in 2 working days. Applied Wednesday 29th July, Wednesday and Thursday public holiday for Thailand, not sure if embassy was open or not, Friday afternoon asked for additional information, mainly never mind the £11k in the bank, how will I support myself financially, did I understand it's not a retirement visa (I'm 63)

Seeing as your passport was Polish did they ask you anything about having the right to live in the UK when applying? Like settled status or visa status?
