trying to obtain a 60 day Thai visa, normally its easy however this year the system has altered, you now need to apply online, not a problem for me I have a computer a printer/scanner so I get to stage 3 of the form and that's as far as I can go, the form is asking for a scan of a photo and passport, the problem is the file needs to be 0.5 mb I am unable to get a file down to this size, I tried to call London Royal Thai Embassy but all I could get was an automated message. any ideas gratefully received. I will be in Thailand from January to April
