TLDR : Answer Summary
Many users have faced issues with file sizes when applying for a Thailand NON-O e-visa through the London Embassy's website. Common solutions include reducing the file size using free online tools, apps, or by resizing images through messaging services like WhatsApp. Some users suggest cropping images or converting files to PDF. If the online process fails, visiting a local consulate for assistance may be a viable alternative.

You have to make the file size smaller. Lots of free websites will do it.
