ORIGINAL POSTERI am trying to fill out the e-visa form for non o from London Embassy site. Everytime I attach passport and photo it says file too big and kicks me out. Anybody had same issue and does anyone know the solution

Same thing happened to me. Eventually gave up and went in person to Hull consulate who were excellent. That website is classic Thai... all show!!

You can upload the image to facebook , whats app and other apps and it resizes the image, you can also get free apps to resize the images to any size.

I tried when asked for reason of visa and ticked the box, wife / family it said not a valid reason.

I normally send the image to whatsapp it shrinks it.

You have to make the file size smaller. Lots of free websites will do it.
