Got a Non O extension 1 year. Moved 2 months ago to new apartment but still in BKK. Traveling every 2 months out of the Kingdom so no need to do the 90 day report since I moved. Question is : should I do the TM.28 or just wait until next 90 day report? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about whether they need to submit a TM.28 form after moving to a new apartment in Bangkok on a Non-O visa, given that they are traveling every two months and not completing the 90-day report due to this schedule. Comments suggest that it is typically possible to address this during the next 90-day report in person, but there is some confusion about not submitting any 90-day reports at all.

Biff Jones I flew in and out without exceeding 90 days... I am doing them when I stay 90 consecutive days in Thailand but not when I leave the country before the 90 day limit... then the count starts over right? Thanks.
In Bangkok you can do this with your next 90 days report, but have to do this in person. You can not use the on-line application till the new details are in the database.
