Does anyone know what to do, if there is an international trip right before you enter Thailand, but after you applied for the Tourist Visa? Thank you! Do I have to write the embassy a note, that I will be traveling in the future? Or just leave it blank.  

About this: "Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip. "

Once you already have your visa you're done with the embassy. There's no requirement to inform anyone about anything, just enter Thailand before the expiration date on your visa.
