you can go to the eVisa website select Myanmar as the nationality and Sweden as the location and use the online system to apply for a tourist visa from the thai consulate in Stockholm

GO to the website and read the requirements to see what that consulate requires as far as documentation for the tourist visa, then apply online and they'll email you the PDF eVisa if it's approved.
